  • Getting started is simple. Select the ‘Schedule a pickup’ tab to schedule your pickup today!

    1. Choose the bag size that fits your needs and let us know how many bags you’re sending.

    2. Customize your service to fit your needs: Closet ready/ Speciality Detergent/ Rush Orders, etc.

    3. Set the items out for pick up! Items will be completed in 24-48 hours.

  • Absolutely! We prefer that items that need to be hung are placed in a separate bag and clearly marked when scheduling your pick up.

  • We prefer that any items you want hung are clearly marked before pick up. You can do this by placing them in separate bags attaching a note or tag to the items.

  • All items are washed on a cold, regular cycle unless you request otherwise. Please only include everyday wear - no specialty or delicate items. We do not separate clothing by types everything in the bag will be washed together in a single load.

  • We offer convenient pick up and delivery for residential and commercial clients. When you schedule a service, you can select a preferred day. We will come between 6am-12pm for pick up. We will deliver your items within the next 24-48 hours.

  • We treat all items with care and use standard industry methods to help remove stains. While we make every effort to tread spots and marks, we cannot guarantee complete stain removal.

  • We offer a convenient hanger service for your closet ready items. If your return our hangers with your next order, we will give you a $.50 credit per hanger towards your next service! This helps reduce waste, keeps your items organized, and rewards you for returning hangers for reuse.

  • Yes! If you’d like your laundry folded and separated per room, please place each room’s items in a separate, clearly labeled bags at pick up (for example: “Master Bedroom,” “Kids Room” etc.) Each bag will be washed, dried, and folded separately to keep everything organized and easy to put away.
